Sales Terms and Conditions

Definitions

  • Customer: The person who buys or agrees to buy the Goods from the Seller.

  • Goods: The goods or services that the Seller agrees to sell to the Customer.

  • Seller: The person who sells or agrees to sell the Goods to the Customer.

Sale of Goods

  • The Seller agrees to sell and the Customer agrees to buy the Goods subject to these terms and conditions.

  • The price of the Goods shall be as set out in the Seller's quotation or invoice.

  • The Customer shall pay for the Goods in full and in advance of delivery.

  • The Customer shall inspect the Goods upon delivery and shall notify the Seller of any defects within 14 days of delivery.

  • If the Goods are defective, the Seller shall at its option repair or replace the Goods or refund the purchase price.

Additional Terms

  • Our products cannot be used as toys.

  • Furniture must be securely attached to the wall.

  • Shipping costs must be calculated before ordering. We will only ship your order once you have agreed to the shipping costs and made payment.

Returns and Refunds

  • Customers may cancel orders at any time before the Goods are shipped.

  • If a Customer cancels an order after the Goods have been shipped, the Customer must return the Goods to the Seller within 7 days of cancellation.

  • For faulty items, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving the Goods to arrange a return. We cannot accept returns for faulty items after 14 days.

  • Shipping costs must be calculated before ordering and are not refundable.


Wooden Products

  • All of our wooden products are fumigated before being imported. This is to ensure that they are free of pests and diseases.

  • If you receive a wooden product and notice bugs or other signs of infestation within 3 months of delivery, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

  • However, it is important to note that bugs or other signs of infestation that appear more than 3 months after delivery are not likely to be a product defect. This is because the fumigation process is effective for a limited period of time.

  • If you notice bugs or other signs of infestation after 3 months, it is possible that the infestation occurred after the product was delivered to you. This could be due to a number of factors, such as exposure to pests in your home or storage environment.

  • In these cases, we will not be able to offer a refund or replacement. However, we may be able to offer you some advice on how to deal with the infestation.


Limitation of Liability

  • The Seller shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage suffered by the Customer howsoever arising.

  • The Seller's total liability to the Customer in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with the Goods shall be limited to the purchase price of the Goods.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

  • These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia.

  • Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
